(Carton Printing Machinery) Common Problems and Testing of Cutting Machines

 1. The pressure of the cutting machine is unstable.
 
 
    Filter 2-3cm;
     2. Check if there is a problem with the oil pump;
         4. Check whether the sensitivity of the punching depth meter is abnormal. (Common)
     2. No pressure on the cutting machine
     1. Check whether the solenoid valve is damaged;
      2. Check whether there is oil leakage in the oil cylinder;
      3. Check whether the oil pipe bursts open.
     Three, the height of the cutting machine is unstable
     1. Check whether the contact of the lift limit switch is abnormal;
